Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of this website and to every order placed with Copyfast Printing Apparel ("Copyfast", "we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.

1. Made-to-order products

All products are customized and produced after you order. Product photos and on-screen previews illustrate the garment and the approximate placement of your artwork. Colors on screen vary from device to device and from fabric to fabric, and small variations in placement, size and color between pieces are normal.

2. Your artwork

You are responsible for the files you upload. By uploading artwork you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, including any logos, trademarks, names, photos and designs, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or break any law. You give us permission to reproduce the artwork to fulfil your order. We may decline or cancel any order that we believe is unlawful, infringing, hateful or otherwise unsuitable, and refund it. You agree to cover claims and costs that arise from artwork you supplied.

3. Previews and approval

Your order is produced from the file you supply and the placement and size you approve in the preview. Check spelling, placement, colors, sizes and quantities before you add to cart. Approving the preview is your approval to produce the order as shown.

4. Prices, discounts and payment

Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice; the price at checkout applies to your order. Quantity discounts are applied automatically in the cart when an order qualifies. Shipping and applicable taxes are added at checkout. We may correct pricing errors and cancel and refund an order affected by one.

5. Production and delivery

Arrival windows shown on the site are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, suppliers, weather or other events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is handed to the carrier. See the shipping policy for details.

6. Quality promise, reprints and returns

Our quality promise, reprint terms, embroidery terms and return rules are set out in the refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Design assistance and quotes

Design assistance and custom quotes are provided on the terms confirmed with you in writing. Work confirmed by you is produced as confirmed.

8. Accounts and saved designs

Designs saved in your browser or account are provided as a convenience and may be removed. Keep your own copy of your artwork.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed events or lost business. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.
