Use a high-resolution PNG, JPG, or JPEG. A transparent PNG usually gives the cleanest result. For embroidery, choose simple shapes and readable lettering; avoid photographs, gradients, and very fine details.
Can I order a mix of sizes?
Yes. On supported garments, open Order multiple sizes on the product page and enter the quantity for each size. The same artwork and color apply to every selected size. Add different designs or colors separately. For 50+ pieces, request a bulk quote.
Can I add a back print or another design?
Choose from the print areas offered on the product page before uploading. Changing the print configuration starts a fresh design. Live editor products can also accept a second design within the available area. Ask Copyfast about sleeves, shoulders, or other locations before ordering.
What if I have an event deadline?
Made-to-order production and shipping take time. For a firm event date, contact Copyfast before ordering so we can confirm the right production route.
How does bulk pricing work?
The price drops automatically in your cart: 5% off at 6 pieces, 10% at 12, 15% at 25 and 20% at 50 or more. Quantity counts across sizes, colors and styles. For 100+ pieces, ask us for a quote.
Can I order several sizes with one design?
Yes. Design the product once, open Order multiple sizes on the product page, and enter how many of each size you need. Everything goes into one cart and counts toward bulk pricing.
What kind of artwork file should I upload?
A PNG with a transparent background is best. Aim for at least 1500 pixels wide for a chest logo and 3000 or more for a large print. We check every file before production.
What is the difference between printed and embroidered?
Printed products reproduce full color, gradients and photos. Embroidered products are stitched with thread, which looks premium on polos and hats and works best with simple logos.
How long does an order take?
Every item is made to order, so production and shipping take time and vary by product. If you have a firm deadline, contact us before ordering.
Can I see a proof before it is printed?
You see a live preview while you design. For bulk orders we also review the artwork and contact you if anything needs attention before production.
